A valid email address is required to submit an enquiry through our website forms. If you select the optional email-updates choice, we also record that preference and the date and time it was given. We use the details you submit to respond to your specific enquiry, provide requested property information or brochures, arrange calls or site visits, maintain enquiry records, prevent abuse and operate and improve the website. Providing a valid email address is required to submit an enquiry through our website forms. We use it, along with your name and phone number, to respond to your specific enquiry and to send information you have requested. We send occasional promotional property updates and relevant offers by email only when you have separately selected the optional email-updates checkbox. That choice is not required to submit an enquiry. We record whether you opted in and when. We do not sell personal information as a standalone commercial product.
